This wont actualy replace the Duster Outfit it will just replace the Outft record for Preston ( Note: It might be possible that you wont see the change straight away if you already seen preston in your game, in this case, you can open the console command -> left click on him while the console is up -> use resurrect or disable/enable to refresh the outfit).
